The Property Arena offers Property Education courses and frequently presents at live seminars & conventions to better educate individuals on property investing. Our Principal Director, Arena McLellan, is an international speaker who has shared her expertise on Finance & Property Investment in Australia and the US. About Arena McLellan

The Property Arena was founded by Arena McLellan, a prominent property expert in Australia, who starting from zero and built a portfolio of 10 properties by the age of 24. Arena achieved this using her extensive background in various areas of Banking, including Home Lending, Small Business, Business Banking, Mortgage Retention, as well as Specialised banking such as Health, SMSF, Equipment Finance and Management — gained while working as a Banker for NAB & Westpac Group, and dealing with investors, financial planners, accountants & other professionals for years.


Arena has her NSW & QLD Class 1 Licence in Real Estate as well as:

  • Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management
  • Diploma of Property (Agency Management)
  • Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice
